Not always… look at the Imperial Guards (original trilogy). Their elite branch wears armor that is entirely blood red. Plus (in both trilogies), they have jungle armor that is camo print.

The chaplin is wearing Mjolnir armor (like only a Spartan can) and the background is a shot of ‘The Temple’ in Halo2… Any decent StarWars fan would know that a Storm Troopers Jungle armor is a camo print, not solid olive tone with a red based polarized face shield. Yeesh, c’mon and Fan Up!
