That’s a traveller wedding so it definitely isn’t Jersey. It’s either Ireland or the UK.

This was a travellers wedding in England… not too far from where I live… alsom the girl in the mermaid suit is the bride!
Actually, I’m wrong… dunno who the mermaid is but shes talking to the bride. You can make out her dress and white gloves.
It’s just like the bridesmaids dresses from My Big Fat Greek Wedding, without the mermaid style skirt!
I’d put my money on Ireland by the bus. But don’t quote me on it. I just know enough Traveler cousins there, who’d go for the style.
