It’s tacky, but not in the same way a lot of the tacky pics on here are.
Except for the bride’s dress, I’d say this was the rehearsal. Lots of people have funny t-shirts, etc., for that. Maybe they just got an old dress for the bride and did it that way? If so, it’s actually pretty cute.

I think this actually looks kinda sweet.
In a bizarre twisted way, I rather like the “Wifey” design. Maybe they did that for identification purposes so there would be no confusion as to whom the wedding party members were.
