Funny Wedding Photos - At Least the Wedding Party is Symmetrical

I want these guys to be the bride and groom’s fathers. ‘Cause that’s what time it is. BODYCHECK TIME. You want to talk to the bride, maybe tell her she looks beautiful? You’re gonna have to go through her security detail. Submit your statement of congratulations, it shall be reviewed, and if approved you’ll get a chance to tell her yourself. Simple.

Funny Wedding Photos - There Once Was a Groom Who Lived in a Shoe

*Ahem*

There once was a groom who lived in a shoe

His bride held him in her hand, just a tad bit confused.

“Why did our photographer force upon us this trick?”

Because he’s a lame Photoshop junkie, whose taste level sucks di…balls.

Homage to Burt Reynolds? Or Just Hipsters?

Funny Wedding Photos - Homage to Burt Reynolds? Or Just Hipsters?

Oh, trends. There’s a reason I’m a bigger fan of Burt Reynolds’s mustache – or even these mustaches – than the ones above. Sure, mustaches on sticks are fun. Popsicles on sticks are fun, too. But mustaches on sticks are also so uber-hipster, so cool-beyond-cool, that they’re actually NOT cool. The Burt Reynolds ‘stache is built to last, like an Oldsmobile. Why do people have to mess with that?

Sheer Awesomeness: M&M Pave Wedding Cake

Funny Wedding Pictures - M&M Pave Wedding Cake

I love the word ‘pave’ as it pertains to candy design. Yes, this cake is a little ‘Valentine’s Day-esque’ but it’s also pretty cool. I love the old-fashioned cake topper sitting on a mountain of perfectly proportioned M&Ms.

Of course, I have no idea how one cuts into this cake without shattering its candy-coating, but hey, isn’t that a metaphor for marriage anyway? Er, some marriages

Uhhh How Far Up is Your Garter, Lady?

Funny Wedding Photos - Uhhh How Far Up is Your Garter, Lady?

Is this the part where she just admits she didn’t wear one? Or is something else happening below the surface of her skirt that I don’t want to think about right now?

Look, it’s a garter. It shouldn’t be this hard. Hell, some brides make the garter perfectly visible! If your husband has to plant his face between your thighs just to get the thing off, maybe you’d be better off skipping that portion of the reception.

So Many Questions, So Few Answers

Funny Wedding Photos - So Many Questions, So Few Answers

I know I should be more concerned about the string (industrial silly string??) attached to this couple’s getaway bike, but all I can focus on is the groom’s hat. Is he saving a fancy bottle of Dom Perignon under that thing? Maybe a small slice of wedding cake? I feel sad that I’ll never know.

Does this couple have a Twitter account so I can keep up with their day-to-day activities? That would be ideal.

Your Love Sends Me To As Close As The Moon As A Non-Astronaut Can Afford

Funny Wedding Pictures - Your Love Sends Me To As Close As The Moon As A Non-Astronaut Can Afford

I can think of nothing more romantic than getting married in the Vomit Comet. Especially since “in about two thirds of cases, this motion produces nausea due to air sickness, especially in novices, giving the plane its nickname.” Hmm…I like those odds! Let’s hope the marriage lasts longer than their zero-gravity experience.
