I like how “the dude from L.L. Bean” is situated in the back with his stupid blue denim shirt. The invite said, “Come dressed to kill.” Not “wear the lamest, most generic shirt in your closet.” Guess we all know who the human sacrifice is gonna be at the reception.

I like how the one is wearing bright red. It’s like she’s so emotionally damaged she needs to stand out from the other goths, even at someone else’s wedding.
This is most likely what my wedding would look like. And the normal guy in the back would be my dad :B

I actually happen to think they look quite lovely. Of course, that could have something to do with the fact that the second guy from the left looks like my fiance, and a number of the other people look like friends and friends of friends.
Oh, and btw, I swear I’m not goth myself. They just tend to congregate around me, lol

Yup, that one. And I have no idea, but I’ll tell ya what… we get dirty looks from Goth girls when we go out together and all his friends from high school were very confused upon meeting me for the first time.
I guess hanging around on random internet forums at 3 in the morning means that you’ll meet either seriously messed up people or the best people ever, lol

I love this photo! I do think the long-haired guy in the front row had no idea this was supposed to be a goth-themed event. He always dresses like that, believing the coat hides the presence of his parasitic twin. (It doesn’t.)
Note to the woman in red who’s too “in character” to look at the camera: No one likes you. Really, they don’t.
@Dea – The groom is bearing most of his weight on his left leg. His right leg is crossed in front of his left, with his right foot kind of resting on its side. Try it yourself, at home. =)

Black doesn’t equal goth. And goth doesn’t equal emotionally damaged wanna be vampire no one understands. They’re dressed rather tamely, actually, considering whats available for alternative fashion.
It’s the death-eaters! There’s Bellatrix in the red, Wormtail’s in the front to the right, and the ageing thug in the black left gives a distinct Munciber impression. If only there was a tall bald Voldemort…..

This sort of thing always makes me chuckle because I think of the South Park episode where all the goths were cheesed off because people kept thinking them Twiheart vampires when they were MUCH more hardcore than that bunch of A-students; they smoked and stuff.
Was that the episode where the lead goth guy kept adding “per se” to the end of every sentence and they went shopping at Hot Topic? That was some funny sh*t.
In defense of Business Casual dude: when you look at high resolution, you can see that blue is one of their wedding colors and his shirt matches the groomsmen’s ties and the bride’s cape. Also, it’s either a shadow behind him or he’s rockin’ a mullet. No one tells a mullet what to wear.
I know several of them too, including the Lady In Red, who’s a lovely woman.

I LOVE this wedding! Gothic weddings are so creative and unique. Why can’t people just be more accepting? Just because we aren’t like you clones with “normal weddings” or “normal clothing” or anything separate from the norm we end up on these kinds of sites.

Just to let you know I’m notifying the couple who’s wedding this was. It was a private affair and I strongly believe that this was taken from a personal hosting site. I know for a fact that one of the guests own publicity team would not take lightly to her image being used without permission. I suggest you remove it from your site before a problematic situation occurs for you. Thank you.

The dress of the guests is actually quite tame considering what some people in the local highschools (and bars) like to wear. I actually find the wedding quite pretty, denim-shirt-man and all.
