Funny Wedding Photos - Sheer Awesomeness: Bushel of Crabs Wedding Cake

Holy. Crab. This cake is AMAZING. Here are the details about what’s what: “The crabs, corn, and container of Old Bay Seasoning are made of white chocolate. The sand is crushed graham crackers and vanilla wafers. The mallets are fondant. The entire cake is edible!”

Mmmm. Someone break me off a leg of THAT. If anyone gets married on the beach and doesn’t get a crab cake made of white chocolate they are doing it wrong.

Funny Wedding Photos - Mr. and Mrs. Bustopher Jones

See the whole set at Izismile

Wow…..you guys clean up good. You’ve come a long way from the alley cats I met back in college, that’s for sure! Look at you, all grown up and getting married. I bet soon there’ll be a big litter of offspring racing around the compound. I just hope they don’t inherit their mother’s hair! Haha. Kidding, kidding.

But seriously, though: WTF is up with the face paint?!

Funny Wedding Photos - Only Here for the Thimble-Sized Red Bulls

I love a good optimistic couple. This cake top says to me, “Not only are we both off the market and our lives are officially over, but the groom can no longer play video games anymore due to a contract written up by the bride the day after getting engaged.” HOW SWEET!

Seriously, though, how is this funny? Homeboy looks like he’s got major problems, and thimble-sized Red Bull is just the beginning of those problems. Where is she dragging him off to? The ballet? A Mary Kay party? This stereotypical bridezilla cake topper scares me.

Old Spice Guy Proposal

Jul. 14, 2010

via Mashable

Did you catch yesterday’s amazing viral YouTube campaign with Old Spice guy? If not, you should check out the new videos. Old Spice guy AKA Isaiah Mustafa made dozens of videos responding directly to Twitter fans, including one guy on a mission for love. He sent Old Spice guy a tweet that read, “Can U Ask my girlfriend to marry me? Her name is Angela A. Hutt-Chamberlin” and Old Spice guy promptly whipped up the candlelight video above.

The best part? She said yes! (And her fiance posted a picture of her bling to prove it.) Aww. I’m just waiting for the movie to come out. It’ll be called Love Gone Viral.

Everybody pull on your gumboots! We’re rockin’ this wedding sailor style. I hope you all eat seafood, because it comprises about 90% of the buffet. The bride really pushed for the local seasonal menu, especially since her dress doubles as a lobster bib!

Looks like someone’s sleeping on the couch tonight. Doesn’t he know the famous motto, “You should never leave a white-gloved lady hanging.”?! She’s outwardly expressing her dissatisfaction and all he can do is kiss another woman right there in front of her? For shame!

‘Wife Gives USB Wedding Ring to Her Geeky Husband’

Jul. 13, 2010

Story and Image via Mashable

A custom wedding band should reflect your true personality. After all, you’re (ideally) going to be wearing it for a very long time. That was the idea behind the above USB wedding ring given to a Microsoft game developer by his decidely non-geeky fiancé. She may not share his passion for tech, but hey, she’s got a sense of humor and a great eye for gold jewelry!

Unfortunately the USB drive isn’t functional, but “the interior is engraved with the words, “For a lifetime of memories,” an allusion to the USB’s storage capabilities.” Now THAT is romance.
