Well isn’t that typical. She’s such a princess that she’s too good to be the best princess of all time. She’s too good to even touch the ground! She just wants to lounge in the arms of hunky Storm Troopers and get fed grapes all day.
Well, I’ve got news for this gal: THIS bride held a blaster, and THIS bride probably held a light saber at some point during the reception. You gotta blend in a little. Don’t disappoint Darth Vader. He’s already got his hands on his hips.

As a life-long Star Wars fan, I certainly take issue with Bride’s lack of cohesion to the theme. BUT, because the groom chose to be Vadar, I can also understand if she didn’t want to dress up as his daughter.

Too awesome and @Saffy is so right. Padmê would have been a more ideal choice (actually Padmê was the perfect option his wife in Star Wars and his wife outside of it). Shame she didn’t but never the less i love it

i agree Leia would have been a terrible choice for the bride. better that she just played herself. though if the groom was han….and she was leia that would be legendary. and maybe the storm troopers are holding them prisoner, and have to escort them to darth vadar (who is played by the wedding singer) and he uses the force to make them dance to realllly bad love songs.

The bride and groom are friends of mine… I was at this wedding! Imagine my surprise to run across their picture here!!! The groom is a professional Darth Vader and the Storm Troopers are his buddies… they weren’t groomsmen though. Just a fun photo op.
Ok do you guys know that as a Star Wars fan I was happy that my wife said we could have Stormtroopers at the wedding. It wasnt really a themed wedding just wanted to add some Star Wars flare to our big day since I dress up as Darth Vader. YEah thats me in the helmet
