Whoa. I’ve seen some interesting “bridal water photos” but this has got to be the scariest. Is she trying to break the world record for holding your breath the longest underwater on your wedding day while wearing formal wear? If so, then I totally get it. (Hellooo, URDB!) If not, someone please explain it to me so I don’t have nightmares tonight. Kthx.

Copy & paste this:

She got caught by her new mother in law kissing the maid of honor. So… Its an Honor Killing.
Perhaps she’s a diver and she wanted to combine her two greatest loves on her most special day?
Something called ” Trash the Dress wedding photography ” I saw a story of a woman who was married for 25 years and hated the dress she was wearing when she married, everything else about the day was fine, and she was still happily married, but figured a good way to let the anger out from hating what the dress looked like was to trash it. Other people do it because theyre getting divorced, remarried ect…

Maybe it’s an homage to this famous fashion photo from the 1940s:

Yup, Weeki-Wachee mermaid, or pearl diver.
She’s fine, don’t be afraid. Possibly a synchronized swimmer in a (used, rental, old) wedding dress for a photographer.
Actually, I love this one…except the hideous pool…but what can you do?
dude, the pool is amazing, it’s the dress that’s hideous
She’s not wearing a formal veil– that’s the train of the dress. (Does a guy write these?)
It doesn’t say formal veil it says formal wear
Ha they apparently changed it after I said that. Too funny…
why does this scare you?
Yeah, that puzzles me too. This is a still photograph, not a video, so I don’t know why world records were mentioned. There’s no indication that she’s been underwater for more than a few seconds.
well.. to me it looks like she’s going to do a backwards loop or whatever you call it.. i wouldn’t try it cause i’d get water up my nose and that is not a nice feeling.. lol
She’s a bridesmaid, and it’s a synchronized swimming routine.
Sleep well…
looks like shes doing a backflip to me
She is obviously taking the plunge head first into unknown territory, the perfect image for the all time classic euphemism for a marriage.
She’s “taking the plunge”, get it?
If she opened her mouth in a horrifying manner it would resemble any of the ghosties from any of the East Asian horror movies (Ringu, Grudge, etc.) especially with the pale/blue/gray coloring.
Its so amazing how it never fails… whenever an asian girl gets in the water it always instantly reaches horror movie status regardless of what shes doing…
[...] like this, or maybe even this, if I was going wedterskiing. Who wants to get wet while wearing a giant swath of fabric? What is this, like an Amish wedterskiing wedding?! Yawn. How traditional. Incorrect [...]
Maybe she is a kind of Geisha doing a special “job”? Heard of that kind of sexual intercourse in that coherency…
Just FYI… Real geisha don’t engage in the kinds of “jobs” you’re alluding to. That’s not their purpose.
It’s nice to see the girl from Ringu found happiness and the possibility of 2.5 kids, a minivan and a 3DLK on the outskirts of Roppongi
