I mean, if she was going for the cotton candy “look,” then she totally nailed it. She has just the right amount of pink poof to pull it off. But if she wasn’t modeling herself on the delicious sticky sugar treat, well…then I don’t understand this. It’s like a prom dress that Julia Allison might wear. And that is not a compliment.
Sigh. Now I’m in the mood for overpriced rides and funnel cake. Thanks a lot, lady.

This is what happens when you plan a wb cartoon themed wedding when you have no Brain. …rim shot!
It’s her wedding, let her wear whatever the heck she wants. That being said, do I think it looks like Barbie’s pink Chevy puked all over the thing? Well, yeah. But it ain’t my fashion, it’s obviously hers.
I was there, I can tell you she looked great as did the groom and all the bridesmaids. My only disappointment is that you can’t see them all. Did you ever dream of being taken away in a pink horse drawn carriage with dapple grey horses sporting long pink plumes? Thought so. Did you ever dream of being married in a tiny six hundred year old village church in England? Thought so. Did you ever dream of a reception in an old oak converted barn with a hog roast? Thought so. Did you ever dream of a family & friends pulling together to make it happen right? Thought so.
Did you ever dream of a family with four beautiful children. one just a month old? Thought so. That was Hayley & John’s epic wedding.
Thanks to Wilfy for submitting this piccy,
Thanks to all who have thumbs up’d me,
I had the most wonderful day….. I agree the dress may not be everyones choice but my god was it mine, and the only one person who truly mattered was my wonderful husband and he adored it as much as me!!
Keep voting and keep the comments flowing bad or good as nothing can take my special day away from me. Thanks.x
I being one of the best men at this wedding and working very hard along with the Bride , Groom who happens to be a very close friend of many years , Friends and of course family Made there dream come true it was a fantastic fairy tale wedding which was thorougly enjoyed by all that attended , i hate it when people get slated for daring to be different in this case unless you actually knew the couple you just wouldnt understand .
This wedding had a fairy tale ending which it and they deserved , and i hope they are happy for many years to come and i cant wait to ride the roller coaster of life beside them doing what mates do best and supporting them both whenever myself or my wife can .
keep ya nasty comments to your self i hate jealosy maybe if you work hard enough your day could be just as well organised and special, being bitter because you dont have family and friends to help isnt the way of solving problems is it pinki n the brain or danae ??? just think before you speak .
Would be so nice if the Travelers defending their exercises in tackiness could actually spell or use spell-check. I realize that getting through an entire sentence without language that can’t be used on network TV is just too much to ask (might make you look like you have a little class or dignity). Illiterate ranting does not make you look smart or cool or anything else.
This was about coming together not war.
Lets be friendly not adversarial.
To those that were there, Corinthians 1:13 – remember?
Let’s not allow a few posters who wish to stir spoil something wholly good get in the way. You get people like that on the web; Ignore them. If they are rude enough they will be barred and deleted, this is a moderated site.
says someone called seanette your mother must of really hated you .
its “traveller” not traveler
And its spelt “realise” not realize
and instead of using a plural “excercises” it should be a verb
also it should be “Smart, cool or anything else”
maybe next time you will take care in ensuring you have you spaces where they should be when using full stops , commers and brackets.
hope this little pikey has taught you something you didn’t no
i will take care when typing next time rather than being lazy
in others words stick it up your anal passage until your perfect yourself.
Actually, in the States it is spelled “realize”.
i aint in the states im in the uk
Actually, Wadey, you don’t have much room to criticize (criticise, if you insist). There’s so much wrong with your ‘corrections’ it’s actually kind of hilarious. I only hope it really is a joke and you weren’t serious with them.
That said, I actually think the dress isn’t so bad. It’s certainly pink, but not offensively so.
“Commers?”
Seriously?
No, this little “pikey” didn’t teach me anything I didn’t *KNOW*…..other than reaffirming that Tinkers are generally illiterate.
Everyone knows that the bride has the right to wear whatever she wishes and it sounds like she was pleased as punch with the entire day. That doesn’t mean that the vast majority of people won’t find it hilariously over-the-top.
And to Wilfy — yes, I did dream of a princess wedding with a pink horse drawn carriage and a poofy pink dress. I was four years old. I also used to believe in the Tooth Fairy.
I love cotton candy, but I always get the blue or green.
It’s pretty…like Glenda the Good Witch’s entrance in Wizard of Oz. Definitely needs Technicolor for the full effect. If you look carefully, you’ll see the Munchkins in disguise in the flower bed behind her.
rolmfao she is deffo a witch
For heaven’s sake, people! Yes, that is a VERY pink dress and not quite my cup of tea, but it is really quite a nice cut, it flatters the bride, it doesn’t seem to weigh 40 pounds, it probably didn’t cost the moon, AND she’s HAPPY and she’s happily married!! Y’all are just being picky!
I agree! The color… wouldn’t be my personal choice… but it fits beautifully!
For us Brits,

Thanks peony and megs283, its a shame there are not more open minded people on here. I love my dress and yes I am very happy. Thankyou.x
My Daughter looked like a fairytail princess terrific I thought the whole wedding was unusual but lovely. The main thing is the bride and groom are happy and in very much in love.
still remember when a gal’s wedding dress was not a worn only once dress. but it became her sunday best for after the wedding.
wonder if this will be altered to become one……. would not only save on the cash. but the materials, and energy that it takes to make clothing…
as in doing research on weddings and the various things that go with one.
dammit! Who put the one red sock in the washing machine!?
I happen to have the pleasure of working alongside the brides mother for many years fun loving but very hard working trained nurse who would also go the extra mile to help anyone….she adores her family and as with any loving mum she has worked hard with her family to make her daughters dream come true..Three cheers to you all stand proud you have something precious family and love…PS the dress was gorgeous…:0)
If you are offended by people making fun of your fugly wedding dress, don’t post the picture on “WEDINATOR”. This isn’t loveandhugsandhappywishestobeautifulbrides.com.
You have stated the obvious, the site is clearly tongue in cheek as described unequivocally in the title.
Perhaps it wasn’t the bride that submitted the picture. Perhaps it was foolish. However, unusually the bride is aware.
There is a difference between fun, spectacle and personal jibes, perhaps an alt. site would suit your tastes more.
That dress is beautiful So is her smile.Obviously she is happy. Its HER wedding day and she is happy with the way it turned out. Don’t be a high school gossip girl!
^ I agree with Eric. I wanted to read all the comments from other people who laughed when they saw this picture, because that’s what most pictures on this site make me do…I laugh. Because there are some ridiculous weddings out there! But it is kind of funnier to read all the comments from people who get offended!
I love it!!! I seriously considered a pink ballgown + pink veil for my wedding this summer, but in the end went for something more traditional (still big and poofy, but white).
I’m a little sick of people (male and female) mocking women for liking the color pink or being girly in general… it seems to be a thinly veiled form of misogyny.
This site is meant to be funny. If someone wants to wear a pink dress on their wedding day…power to them… but the reason I like this site is for the hilarious sarcastic comments. No sense getting all upset about it =] lighten up people.
the color reminded me of a quincinera gown. it’s not a bad thing, it just looks young. but honestly, I love pink or any colored wedding gowns. my own gown was lined with pink fabric and was a really lovely blush.
and she looks so happy that I’m happy for her!
a- obv the bride loved it or she wouldn’t have agonized over making sure it was perfect. it is her wedding, we get that. congrats and live your fairy tale
b- this site is meant to entertain, thus why we find a cotton candy barbie pink dress on this site. its entertaining.
and the bride didn’t seem to be offended, just her guests…. hmmm.
I think she looks wonderful!..It’s her wedding as long as the bride and groom are happy they are the only two that matter
