Funny Wedding Photos - Inconsistent Theme is Inconsistent

I give this couple props for getting the “Corpse Bride” cake — nice choice! But their costumes confuse me. What do they have to do with the cake? Answer: Seemingly nothing. She’s dressed as some sort of angel/fairy and he’s like a Grim Reaper/knight? Not to mention, there’s something strange about these two that I can’t quite put my finger on. I don’t know what it is, but they’re just …weird. They seem like an odd pairing. Maybe they met online.

Wonder If the Bride Dressed as a Bride

Funny Wedding Photos - Wonder If the Bride Dressed as a Bride

Submitted by: dunno source

The submitter swears this was a real Halloween wedding, where everyone — from the guests to the priest — dressed up. Which is awesome! But, I have to say: If you’re going to have a Halloween-themed wedding, maybe hold it somewhere other than an elementary school cafeteria or a church basement? ‘Cuz this kind of looks like a company holiday party with cheap decorations. Just sayin’. Still looks fun, though (assuming there was booze).

Night Before Christmas Hallowedding!

Funny Wedding Photos - Night Before Christmas Hallowedding!

Submitted by: Alicia

This might be the first time I’ve posted an invite for a wedding on the actual day of the wedding. Congrats, Ryan and Alicia! I hope your reception is chock full of badass costumes, including lots of spoofs on love and marriage. Bride of Frankenstein, zombie brides, maybe a Princess Bride…you get the picture. I just think that’d be kinda funny.

Have a spooky and romantic day!

According to the submitter, “My hubby and I got married at the Atlanta Zombie Walk Sept 26, 2010. We then shambled off into a life of wedded bliss followed by an umbrella-toting horde of the undead.”

Umm…awesome! Nothing like getting trailed by a sea of moaning zombies on your wedding day, amirite? Happy Halloween, Wedinator readers!

I like this. It’s like they’re getting the crime and punishment out of the way before it even happens. Such a realistic interpretation of marriage! Colonial Americans had the right ideas about such things. Break the moral code and suffer the consequences!

Here Comes the Predator!

Funny wedding Photos - Here Comes the Predator!

The submitter says, “My boyfriend’s best friend just got married and they used these predators as their cake toppers. The bride even decorated them to match what they were wearing!”

All I have to say is, it takes true fans to want to be represented by shape-shifting, flesh-eating predators on their wedding day. I wonder if they asked their guests to wear camouflage and pretend to hunt them down at the reception? Seems logical.

Young Samurai Knows Not What He Does

Funny Wedding Photos - Young Samurai Knows Not What He Does

I like how the dude on the right is like, “Next person who asks me where my costume is gets decked in the face. I wore a black shirt, OK? That’s the best I could do. I happen to not own a samurai costume or a frilly blue blouse or an eye patch. I’m just me. You got a problem with that, take it up with my wife. She’s dressed as a beer wench.”
