Is Her Necklace Mirrored?

Dec. 31, 2010

Funny Wedding Photos - Is Her Necklace Mirrored?

It’s amazing how the human face can contort, isn’t it? I’m sure this woman has a perfectly nice face when she doesn’t look like she just walked in on her grandparents having sex, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at this picture. Calm down, bridesmaid! It’s just an ugly necklace! Or mole. Or something.

Headless Groomsmen

Dec. 31, 2010

Funny Wedding Photos - Headless Groomsmen

So…is this a trend or is it just an accident that I keep getting headless pictures of wedding parties? Who knows! But I’m going to call it a trend! That being said, fancy, headless pictures are SO 2010. In 2011 I’m hoping for pictures that cut the wedding party off at the torso. It’ll be totally cutting edge.

This is What Wedding Cakes Look Like in Arkansas

Dec. 31, 2010

Funny Wedding Photos - This is What Wedding Cakes Look Like in Arkansas

Nothing screams “love and marriage” like a Razorback-themed cake with bright red pigs perched on top. Mmm, and don’t they look delicious?! I wonder if the couple also set their first dance to a few rounds of “Wooo, Pig, Sooie!” performed by their guests? Romantical!

PS: See how I avoided a “pig with lipstick” joke there?!

Twilight Makes Me Vomitous

Dec. 30, 2010

Funny Wedding Photos - Twilight Makes Me Vomitous

I mean seriously, would anyone actually wear these? Gag me. But hey, just in case you do want them, they’re available at here for $20. According to the description, “It is a great gift and highly collectible.” Mmm hm.

And yes, I’m basically posting this so everyone can discuss their feelings on Twilight in the comments. I do love a good Twilight bashing.

Monkey Love

Dec. 30, 2010

Funny Wedding Photos - Monkey Love

The submitter says, “My Uncle and his fiance got married…they had a doughnut cake and this was the topper.” Ohhh, you silly submitter! Don’t you know that I don’t need a back story to appreciate the cuteness of monkeys on a cake? I mean, I was definitely wondering WTF kind of cake they were standing on, so it’s good to know that it’s just a giant doughnut, but no monkey explanation is needed.

Calm Down Before Your Collar Bone Snaps

So many things to love about this picture. The bride’s face is kinda funny on its own, but then if you just pan your eyes over to ole Grandma, and she’s basically not paying to her granddaughter whatsoever because of an intriguing pair of pumps, the picture goes from good to great. I can’t tell if she’s looking at the shoes disapprovingly, or if she’s thinking of slipping them on herself. They would look chic with that flower print dress. Oh, Grandmas.

A Terrifying Way to Welcome Your Guests

Dec. 28, 2010

Funny Wedding Photos - Either those are terribly unflattering or the Bride and Groom and hideous.

I’ve seen so many of these (and at all different sizes) that I’m starting to wonder how much they cost. Do you really have to be getting married to order them? It wouldn’t be all that weird for, say, a blogger to randomly order a balloon lady in her likeness for no reason whatsoever, right? I just like the idea of displaying a giant, cartoon, inflated version of ME in the foyer.
