Gao Hua and Li Lin got married on Tuesday at a recycling center in the Chinese city of Taiyuan. According to local media reports cited by Reuters, the couple decided to hold the ceremony at the depot because Gao’s parents make a living from waste collection.
… I’m a little blue they got married at the junk yard of all places (nice gesture to their families though!).

My grandma and her bridesmaids. Good thing it’s in black and white — don’t even want to know what color those dresses were.
I would second that, but I worry about what those dresses might do to my work monitor. We only budget so much for hardware here. Must avoid the more dangerous ends of the color spectrum…

This is my mother and my bopi (grandfather). My mom and dad got married in the early 80s and while the marriage didn’t last I love this photo. I miss both my mom and bopi very much but I know they’re together again. This picture always makes me smile and cry a bit.
Actually, I’m not sure what to call what he’s got on. I just know that more guys should dress like that now. Your mom and grandfather look great here! Maybe with this grandpa can help bring his style to a new generation…
My hubby and I were just married in India. We were subjected to photos before, during, and after the super-long ceremony. When we got the proofs, I was a bit surprised to find this extra dude in several of our mushy poses! The photographer later assured us he would just Photoshop his assistant out of the final prints. Ah, India..
At least he has his serious working face on. So not a total loss? Or you can tell your kids he was your husband’s love rival for your affections. Much more dramatic that way!
