Well, if these aren’t the cutest li’l Daleks that I ever did see! So tiny! And dressed so formally! They’re like the miniature cousins to these Daleks, except the bride didn’t get the “white wedding” treatment (minus the veil). I guess this Dalek bride isn’t so virginal! Which… is a bit odd to think about. I will stop now.

I love these little character cake toppers (and their upright-standing… dog?), but I guess I’d kind of like them more if they had faces. Like, right now they’re super adorable, but they’re reminding that there’s an Etsy seller who makes these and the idea is that you can customize their faces. Are the bride and groom “going soulless” on their wedding day? I feel like there could be a stop-motion horror movie starring these faceless dolls. Cute, though! Just slightly terrifying.

According to the submitter, “The bride has the most beautiful red hair. The groom wore different coloured shoes. The reception was a giant indoor picnic, and the wedding photos were taken in a library.”
In other words, adorable x adorable = this intricate wedding topper picnic spread. I really like how tiny the little pieces of food are and the accuracy of the details, like the groom’s shoes and the bride’s flowers. It looks like it was a lot of fun to make and to eat. Assuming, of course, they didn’t save the cake topper for their anniversary which I totally would’ve done. It’d be like peering into a dollhouse every time you open the freezer!

These cake toppers are worth getting the peanut butter jelly time song in my head. I mean, I don’t exactly understand the correlation to Mickey and Minnie Mouse, but I like to assume that this couple is just REALLY into Disney as well as delicious sandwiches. And I can endorse that. Well, the sandwiches part anyway.
So the question is: Are these cake toppers some hybrid characters I just don’t know about? Or are they as adorably confusing to everyone else as they are to me? Regardless, they are damn kewt.

Is he just wielding his light saber to impress her? I guess Vader had to do something special to divert her attention away from Ron Weasley.
I wish Vader and Hermione the best. I really do. I’m just kind of wondering how they met and what they have in common. Do they both enjoy long baths and stuff made by Joss Whedon? Did they meet in the frozen foods aisle at Whole Foods? As far as cake toppers go, these two characters might be the unlikeliest pair ever.

Are they bringing Andre the Giant on their honeymoon?? ‘Cuuuuuuz that’d be awesome. At the very least I hope they find a castle to storm. Also, they couldn’t have made the lovely Buttercup just a wee bit lovelier? She looks a little vacant, like she took a sedative before the ceremony. Then again, who wouldn’t pop a Valium after all she’d been through? Maybe it’s historically accurate after all.

Wait, haven’t I seen this before? Oh, right, that was just one woman’s mother disparaging her and not a multi-million dollar company that exists for the sole purpose of making women feel badly about themselves.
Seriously, it’s one thing to encourage your overweight friend or relative to lose a little weight for general health reasons. But to imply that a woman needs to lose weight for just one freaking day? Let me tell you a story: In 7th grade I had a teacher who couldn’t exactly fit into a size S, if you know what I mean. She was a HUGE fan of Snickers bars. Well, she got engaged, lost a ton of weight leading up to her wedding, and the whole class was pretty impressed with her dedication. Until she got back from the honeymoon and whipped open a jumbo-sized bag of mini Snickers and the weight came back in like 4 days.
Don’t do it for the wedding, ladies. It’s not worth it. And f*%k you, Slim Fast!
