Giant Snow Cone Wedding Cake?!

Feb. 16, 2011

Funny Wedding Photos - Giant Snow Cone Wedding Cake?!

I sure hope this wedding cake comes with delicious flavored sugar syrup toppings. Otherwise, I’m not quite sure I understand it. Don’t tease your guests with a pure white wedding cake and not provide flavored toppings! It’s practically a crime!

Also, is the top stable? The physics of this cake confuse me. I am easily confused.

Happy Valentine’s Day! This Wedding Cake Is 113 Years Old!

Feb. 14, 2011

Funny Wedding Photos - Happy Valentine's Day! This Wedding Is 113 Years Old!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! According to the Daily Mail, this wedding cake is old as – and probably tastes like – crap!

The ornately decorated confection was made in 1898, during Queen Victoria’s reign, and is still in one piece despite a large crack in the icing caused by a Second World War bomb blast.

Once white, it has browned with age. But despite this, the rich fruit cake inside is said to be still moist.

I’ll take the person who said that at their word. No 113-year-old cake for me, thanks! I like eating cake that’s moist because it was made sometime this century.

Road of Love

Funny Wedding Photos - Road of Love

The submitter says, “The red car is my 1949 Plymouth Deluxe, the white is a 1952 Ford Pickup. The cars in front represent our kids.” Aww, so sweet. Together they make a giant garage. Maybe even a parking deck. That’s true love, right there. Garages unite!

ATV Enthusiasts Eat Tires at Nuptials

Funny Wedding Photos - ATV Enthusiasts Eat Tires at Nuptials

Here’s the description the submitter gave:

A themed wedding cake. This was the only wedding cake, it is not a grooms cake. It is a sand paddle tire for a fourwheeler, topped with a smooth sand tire, finished off with a piston. Silverware was complete with motorcycle handle grips…=)

Whoa. I don’t even understand what that means, other than this cake is intense.

The Hoof is a Nice Touch

Now this is romantic. Two antlers on a single head, representing the coming together of man, woman and hunting. I can’t think of a more symbolic, or redneck, cake. I wonder if you have to fire a few shots into the air before eating it? Seems appropriate.

Incredibly Practical Wedding Cake Option

Jan. 9, 2011

Funny Wedding Photos - Incredibly Practical Wedding Cake Option

It’s a good thing this cake display has an informative placard, because otherwise I wouldn’t know what the hell it is. Artistic? Certainly. Whimsically bizarre? Absolutely. But “a cake symbolizing the union of two people”…not so much.

‘Til Death Do You Part, Indeed!

Funny Wedding Photos - Nice Day for a Black Wedding

Submitted by: dunno source via Submit Page

I always said being married seemed like death, but this cake is a little extreme even for me. Caskets = world’s most claustrophobic cake toppers. Way to drive home the point! Although I have to say, something about black icing is enticing. It looks oddly delicious to me. But maybe I’m alone on that.
