Thelma Madine from Liverpool, England, whose work has also been showcased on “My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding,” created this wedding dress out of human hair. Ms. Madine used more than 800 feet of hair, along with 1,500 crystals. Although it’s priced at $79,000, she has offered it to Lady Gaga to wear at no cost the next time she visits the UK. That’s all fine and good, but who’s actually going to get married in it?

The Daily Mail brings us a great story about girls who really take “something borrowed” seriously! Allison Rinaldi is the latest of her family to wear a wedding dress originally bought for her great-grandmother in 1884. It has also been worn by (clockwise from top) her grandmother Jean, mother Mimii, and aunt, Barbara. Family tradition never goes out of style (but it doesn’t hurt to have such a classic dress either!).

This dress is totally Patriot Chic. Who wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle in a spin on the American Flag? The skirt is so…reminiscent of a peppermint candy firework.

When my fiance asked me where I’d like to get married after he proposed, I
went with my  gut instincts. “In Hell,” I told him.

Isn’t Hell freaking awesome? Did you guys check out the layer of smoke at our feet? That was all me. Please do NOT get me started on that pleasant meadow scene behind Death. I specifically told them I wanted a backdrop with a view from Satan’s throne. Clearly there was a mix-up, but whatever. My fiance’s jacket is the perfect length, don’t you think? We’re giving out
custom Ouija boards to our guests, and I cannot wait to cut into that blood red coffin cake.

This is the happiest day of my life. Death, let’s DO THIS!
