Disney Fairy Tale Weddings is a Real Fashion Line

Oct. 5, 2010

“Alfred Angelo is a collection of seven beautiful gowns designed for the stylish women who have grown up with the Disney princesses.” Hmm. OK. On the one hand, I’m thinking some of these gowns are pretty nice-looking. But on the other, I’m thinking, “For real, though?”

What do you think? Fanciful awesomeness or high-end marketing ploy? I suppose it’s a bit of both.

Did They Choose This Theme Just so the Groom Wouldn’t Have to Cut His Hair?

Funny Wedding Photos - Did They Choose This Theme Just so the Groom Wouldn't Have to Cut His Hair?

…Or did the groom grow his hair out specifically for his “fairy tale wedding”? I have to say, it looks very authentic. You couldn’t wish for a better mane to fit with the theme. The wings could use some sprucing, considering I think I wore that same set for Halloween in 1990, but at least they’re consistent. Now all this couple has to do is dance to the Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves soundtrack to make their marriage legit!

To Have and to Hold Tiny Fairy Versions of Each Other

Funny Wedding Photos - To Have and to Hold Tiny Fairy Versions of Each Other

Awww. I’ve always wanted a little miniature version of myself and my life partner. How many times have I said, “You’re so cute I could just fold you up and stick you in my back pocket and take you with me EVERYWHERE!”? At least like 400 times.

I think I’m a fan of the groom. Any guy who’s willing to stare into his hands for the sake of the cheesiest wedding picture ever taken while wearing a cell phone belt clip is right up my alley.

Funny Wedding Photos - When Theme Weddings Go Too Far

Submitted by: dunno source via Submit Page

….that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.” I think when Martin Luther King, Jr. wrote that, he was also thinking of all the Scottish, green ogres and ogresses out there. Ah, true love. Amen!
