Some submissions that come across our desks laptops at Wedinator HQ are amazing wins, so today marks the first day of the Sheer Awesomeness post. Sheer Awesomeness is anything labeled ‘suh-weet’ by your fellow Cheez Editors, and it will be a weekly feature of the blog. Yay!

So let’s get this party started. Why is the above post awesome? Hm, let me think:

- It’s a meticulously crafted Super Mario Bros. cake
- Mario finally gets the Princess (awww)
- The cake is a giant warp tunnel. NICE.

Here’s what I see happening in this picture:

Mr. FancyPants is getting married to his Fairy Princess, who is wearing a Barbie Halloween costume 2 sizes too small. Their ceremony is being led by the groom’s 18-year-old Dungeon Master, who is reading the couple their vows from an Olive Garden menu. Behind the groom stands the first of what I assume is a full flock of bridesmaids dressed as birds. The couple’s first dance will be set to Scarborough Fair, and they plan to honeymoon in Mr. FancyPants’s mom’s basement.

Am I close?
