Judging by the looks on these bridesmaids’ faces, they’re not exactly thrilled about what they’re wearing. That or it’s just really hot outside. But I’m assuming it’s the former, because…wow. It’s like a fugtastic Easter ensemble gone very, very wrong. Especially the blue dress with the ruching, which is meant to be flattering. Flattering it is not.

Even Christopher Robin wouldn’t endorse this. Two attractive, groomed and in love people coming together to celebrate their union…in Pooh gear. Nay – MATCHING Pooh gear. I don’t know whether to laugh, cry, or print this image out, stick it in a frame and give it to my nephew for his third birthday. It would go really well with his current bedroom design. As a matter of fact, the bride’s dress looks similar to his new big boy sheets.

No, really. THANKS. I am forever grateful to still have my eyesight. I’m not sure if this outfit was a dare or what, but as a woman, it’s certainly not the outfit I picture walking down the aisle to. More like the sartorial definition of what to run away from. Obviously the bride likes it, though. Otherwise she wouldn’t have matched her bouquet to the groom’s cowboy/sunset/tie-dye-Hawaiian shirt (which is lovely, btw).

Well, I guess the “Pirates of the Caribbean” accessories section at Party City just got a whole lot smaller. These ladies look like a pack of nomadic gypsies, all squished together in their flowy, colorful dresses. Standing alone, they might each appear normal by boring bridesmaid standards, but it’s kind of hard to tell. Together they are just a sea of mismatched fabric. Since I’m assuming that’s the effect the bride was going for, hooray! Mission accomplished!

Best Things About This Couple:
1. The groom’s white satin suit also features some lovely hand-stitched embroidery.
2. The bride’s necklace is stylishly draped over her left arm for effect.
3. The bride’s hair. How did they ‘do that?
4. No, wait. The groom’s hair. Very understated in comparison.
5. The fact that these two found each other. They’ve got to be one of the happiest looking MySpace couples I’ve ever seen. Congrats!

Where are their baskets for Grandmother? And why didn’t the bride just put the bridesmaids in Snuggies and call it a day? Those semi-sheer capes can’t be nearly as comfortable. Also, the groomsmen remind me of these guys, except minus the swords. #FAIL.

Is this a “needle in a haystack” type of thing? She found love against the odds? Something tells me no. The bride and her friends just dreamed up this amazing photo shoot because they thought it made sense. Pitchfork, haystacks, a giant barn…and I’m guessing there’s gotta be some kind of animal manure laying around somewhere that fits into the scene. It’s stylized. But since when are wellies considered fashionable? Weird.
