First I’d like to give a shout out to Emily Crapp, because she actually survived growing up with the shittiest last name I’ve ever heard. Cheers, Emily! Next I’d like to propose a toast to the happy couple: May the wind be at your backs, may the road rise to meet you, and may your taste buds mature to appreciate a hoppy amber IPA. I know this is the Crapp-Beer wedding but did you really have to serve Olde English 800 and Natty Light to illustrate that point??

I hope they took full advantage of this awesome twist of fate and used it as a decorative theme at the reception. You know, white streamers and whatnot?

OK, eww. Bad joke. Sorry about that. But this is still pretty funny. I wonder if Haywood Jablome is the best man? ZING.

I really hope the bride hyphenated her name. Having a name like Bacon is a pretty powerful thing, but the name Moore-Bacon is unstoppable. Everywhere she’d go, people would make awesome jokes. “Home fries with that power drill?”, I’d ask Mrs. Moore-Bacon if I worked at Home Depot. Or, “How about some maple syrup to go with that book about sharks?”, I’d ask if I worked at Barnes & Noble. The pun possibilities are truly limitless. 

I also really hope they served breakfast for dinner at the reception. Hey, a girl can dream.

This announcement takes a tip from the DIY wedding craze. Except it’s more like, “I’m gonna make this here sign by hand because that good-for-nuthin’ John Patterson ain’t even worth a real church sign. That worthless, shiftless piece of dung is gonna marry my ONLY daughter, dammit!”
