Great Picture! Except for the Dangling Child.

Jan. 8, 2011

Funny Wedding Photos - Great Picture! Except for the Dangling Child.

Well, this is something I’ve never seen before. It’s like the photographer said, “OK, now act like you’re about to get wasted at a big party!” and the dude on the end was like, “Oh well in that case I’ll swing my child by her feet.”

Syrian 5-Year-Old and 3-Year-Old are Engaged

Oct. 24, 2010

A “whirlwind romance” between Khalid, five, and his fiance Hala, three, has resulted in an engagement and wedding preparations. The happy couple doesn’t plan to marry until the groom is 15 but has the full blessing of their families, who arranged the ceremony and bought the rings exchanged by the ‘couple.’

The boy is said to have met and fallen in love with Hala while he was holidaying with his parents in Lattakia, on Syria’s Mediterranean coast.

Khalid was supposedly lovesick on his return home to Homs – a town about 100 miles north of Damascus, the Syrian capital – and refused to go back to his nursery unless Hala joined him.

Instead of treating it as a case of premature puppy love or kindergarten role-playing, his parents called Hala’s mother to seek her opinion.

‘She said her daughter had developed similar symptoms of loneliness and the family would be very happy to see them engaged,’ Juma continued.

‘The young bride seems very genuine.’

Khalid’s family returned to Lattakia for the ceremony.

Khalid, an only child, was born after Juma had been married for 20 years.

During his wife’s ‘complicated pregnancy’ Juma vowed that if the child was a boy he would have him engaged at the age of five and ‘marry him to a woman of his choice at the age of 15′.

We wish the lovebirds a wonderful engagement and a life filled with joy, toys and ice cream.

You Never Suspect the Man in the Chicken Suit. Wait, You Should ALWAYS Suspect the Man in the Chicken Suit

Funny Wedding Photos - You Never Suspect the Man in the Chicken Suit. Wait, You Should ALWAYS Suspect the Man in the Chicken Suit

What is the man in the chicken suit truly capable of? Even I don’t know. Will he steal the couple’s getaway limo to go pick up chicks all night? (HEH) Will he start doing the worm in the middle of the reception dance party? Perhaps he’ll just Photobomb every single picture taken of the bride and groom? The sneaky bastard would do something like that.

Trainwreck

Funny Wedding Photos - Trainwreck

Submitted by: dunno source via Submit Page

Bridesmaids, kids…c’mon, now, everyone lend a hand. This train ain’t stoppin’! I’ve got my crown fastened, my hair extensions are all in place, my hand’s on my hip — it’s time for me to get married! Nobody drop my dress train until I say so. I didn’t get this thing custom made just so it can be dragged on the dirty ground, did I??

[ed. note: Why are the bridesmaids also wearing white? I'm no traditionalist but isn't that kinda weird? Is it so they don't clash with the bride's train while she's walking down the aisle?]

Ominous Monster Claw Cake

Jun. 8, 2010

Funny Wedding Photo - Monster Claw Cake

Via CakeWrecks

Every single detail of this cake has me clutching my binky in the corner while rocking back and forth. Does the message mean, “You’re Getting Married” or “You’re Dying Today”?! Kind of a toss-up, really.

Whose hand is that supposed to be, and who is the cake supposed to be from? God? Satan? I don’t think I’d even eat it for fear of several years of bad luck. Something about this thing looks haunted.

Are There People Under There? What’s Going On?

Funny Wedding Photos - Are There People Under There? Whats Going On?

Submitted by: dunno source via Submit Page

I thought the space underneath the bride’s dress was also known as the Forbidden City. ZING! Seriously, though, is this an ancient tradition I’m unfamiliar with? Is it like impersonating a Chinese dragon in a parade? Or does the bride have an art school background with a focus in paper-mâché? I’m genuinely confused. But hey, at least the groom’s excited about it.

To Have and to Hold Tiny Fairy Versions of Each Other

Funny Wedding Photos - To Have and to Hold Tiny Fairy Versions of Each Other

Submitted by: dunno source via Submit Page

Awww. I’ve always wanted a little miniature version of myself and my life partner. How many times have I said, “You’re so cute I could just fold you up and stick you in my back pocket and take you with me EVERYWHERE!”? At least like 400 times.

I think I’m a fan of the groom. Any guy who’s willing to stare into his hands for the sake of the cheesiest wedding picture ever taken while wearing a cell phone belt clip is right up my alley.
